Count D's Midnight Sparkle Custom 

This one has an interesting story. It was an originally painted by hand for the Zombie show in 2007 and survived a few years on those tours. It was retired and thought to be lost until 2024. That year it was resurrected, stripped of all paint and hardware and rebuilt with every piece elevated.

A Leo Quan Badass 3 Bridge is now providing some added sustain. The tuners have been replaced with Leo Quan open gears for smoother tuning. The pickups are passive Relentless P Dimarzio's and are sure to turn heads! This bass became one of two primary basses used on all 2024 shows, and is just now retired as of October 2025 to make room for new instruments.

There is a custom, fine, midnight sparkle finish now on the beauty. Most visible on the headstock of these photos. This is one of just a few basses to play in both of the Counts recent bands. It's truly had two lives. Case included.
